About The Junior Players Golf Academy
The Junior Players Golf Academy (JPGA), is located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. We are located at The Golden Bear Golf Club in Indigo Run Plantation. A first-class Jack Nicklaus Signature Design. We offer schools every week throughout the year. Each school has a student to teacher ratio of 4-1 or less! Schools begin Monday morning each week at 9:00am. In the five days we cover all aspects of the game including; full swing, chipping, pitching, lobbing, putting, bunker play, specialty shots and distance control. Video analysis is used on our V1 System to help students understand their golf swing and enhance their overall fundamentals. In the afternoon, while playing on World-Class Courses in the Hilton Head area, the students will play golf with their instructor focusing on course management and reinforcing the morning instruction.
Through eighteen years of working with junior golfers and running The FCWT Junior Golf Tour for over 13 years, the teaching staff has a substantial amount of knowledge regarding the fundamentals, game improvement techniques and course management junior player's need to learn to lower their scores. These skills will help juniors to compete in tournaments or on a non-competitive level.
The JPGA thoroughly covers the etiquette of the game and reinforces the importance of the "Rules of Golf".
The JPGA Program includes; of 3 hours of morning instruction each day, 18 holes of golf, 9 holes of on-course instruction with your professional each day, breakfast and lunch, video analysis, custom club-fitting, take home CD, student manual and golf school gifts.
