Junior Programs
The Junior Players Golf Academy (JPGA), is located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. We are located at The Golden Bear Golf Club in Indigo Run Plantation. A first-class Jack Nicklaus Design. We offer schools every week throughout the year. Each school has a student to teacher ratio of 4-1 or less!
The program will begin Monday morning starting at 9:00am with three hours of instruction on the practice tee. All aspects of the game will be covered including; full swing, chipping, pitching, lobbing, putting, bunker play, specialty shots and distance control. Video analysis is used on our V1 System to help students understand their golf swing, and enhance their overall fundamentals. In the afternoon, while playing on World-Class Courses in the Hilton Head area, the students will play golf with their instructor focusing on course management ad reinforcing the morning instruction.
Through eighteen years of working with junior golfers and running The FCWT Junior Golf Tour for over 13 years, the teaching staff has a substantial amount of knowledge regarding the fundamentals, game improvement techniques and course management junior player's need to learn to lower their scores. These skills will help juniors to compete in tournaments or on a non-competitive level.
The JPGA Program consists of 3 hours of instruction each day, 18 holes of golf, 9 holes of on-course instruction with your professional each day, breakfast and lunch, video analysis, custom club-fitting, take home CD, student manual and golf school gifts.
The JPGA thoroughly covers the etiquette of the game and reinforces the importance of the "Rules of Golf".
SCHOOL DATES AND RATES....
Schools are AVAILABLE EVERY WEEK of the YEAR
Check-in Sunday afternoon or night and check-out Friday.
The cost of a weekly school is $1595.00. Cost includes; 5 nights accommodations, 5 days of instruction in the morning from 9:00am - 12:00pm, on-course instruction each day, green fees and cart fees each day, transportation while students are participating in school, breakfast and lunch each day, video analysis, take home CD, instruction manual, unlimited range balls, gifts and awards.. For those students interested in commuting to the JPGA the cost is $1195.00.
If you are interested in our "Extended Stay Program", we offer multi-week programs.
2 weeks $2995.00 - 3 weeks $4495.00 - 4 weeks $5595.00
Students enrolled in the JPGA will be chaperoned by a Certified Counselor. Parents who wish to chaperone their child for the week may inquire with the staff before registration. Accommodations for the parents may be provided for a reduced rate based on the number of nights and size of villa. Parents are responsible to chaperone nights only.
