Try these tips:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jrpga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/stretching1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-300\" alt=\"stretching\" src=\"https:\/\/www.jrpga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/stretching1.jpg\" width=\"681\" height=\"358\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.jrpga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/stretching1.jpg 681w, https:\/\/www.jrpga.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/stretching1-600x315.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 681px) 100vw, 681px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Include at least\u00a0<strong>30 minutes of exercise<\/strong>\u00a0into your daily routine.<\/li>\n<li>Do\u00a0<strong>yoga or pilates<\/strong>\u00a0to elongate your muscles and increase flexibility.<\/li>\n<li>Stretch out all major golf muscles in your arms, back, chest and legs before every practice session and\/or round of golf.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Hold all stretches for a minimum of 30-60 seconds.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Make a few swings with a\u00a0<strong>weighted club<\/strong>\u00a0in both directions\u00a0to work both sides of your body.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you incorporate at least one of these tips, you are sure to see your flexibility improve and your body hold up better to the stressors of golf.
