
All students participate in strength conditioning,
flexibility, endurance, mental efficiency, and
nutritional performance programs. The JPGA
has partnered with BioNetics to provide physical
training for the students. Sessions are designed
to meet specific needs of today's top athletes and
their sport. Students will learn the latest training
methods used by the pros.
- The training includes functional strength training, mobility & footwork drills, and dynamic flexibility exercises.
- Sessions are specific for golf and include enhancement on development of explosive power and dynamic core strength, and rotational stability.
- All players are functional-screened and are given performance manuals and work with a personalized trainer during the week.
