Owner and Director of Programs, Keith Bach has been a Class-A PGA Professional since 1993. Keith will ensure that students receive the individualized attention they need in order to improve their talents while attending the JPGA. Through almost 20 years of working with junior’s and working as Tournament Director for The FCWT Junior Golf Tour for nearly 15 years, Keith has gained extensive knowledge of the fundamentals, game improvement techniques and course management junior players’ need to succeed at the National level. Recently winning the Hilton Head Open and Hilton Head Match Play Championship at Harbour Town Golf Links the last two out of three years, Keith knows what it takes to compete at a higher level. His knowledge will be instilled in each individual so they can compete to win.
    
Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Jack started playing competitive golf at the age of 8. He was a walk-on to the Georgia Southern University Men’s Golf Team and graduated with a business degree in. After college he moved to Hilton Head Island to pursue a career in the golf industry. In October 2003, Jack was elected to the PGA of America. He worked as the Head Teaching Professional at the Jim Ferree Learning Center and after 3 years he became the lead instructor at Sea Pines Country Club. In addition to running the entire junior program at Belfair and Sea Pines, Jack was also the Tournament Director for the Hilton Head Junior Golf Association. Jack has either worked with, or observed some of the best golf instructors in the world. Jack's teaching philosophy is a culmination of all he has learned from his peers as well as from his own experiences. With Jack's vast knowledge and background of the game, he can create an improvement plan for the specific needs of each individual student based on their capabilities and mindset.

Originally from Upstate NY, Nancy graduated from the State University of New York at Brockport with a degree in Elementary Education and Sociology. She taught middle school for several years and began working with disabled students just before moving to Hilton Head Island. Before joining the JPGA, Nancy worked for a full time junior golf academy for 12 years, mainly as Director of Student Life, which encompassed all aspects of the residential program. She also worked as Collegiate Services Counselor for all students. Nancy adds a great deal of knowledge to the JPGA in every facet of the Full Time Academy.
    
Ian Mellor, formally a Lecturer in Golf and Elite Squad Coordinator at the International Institute for Golf Education (IIGE) in England. Ian graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2006 with a B.S. in Sports Technology and Golf Operations honors degree. While studying, he focused on the effects psychology and physiology have on golf performance and achieving optimal performance in golf. Ian's role at the IIGE allowed him to take his research further in these areas while passing on his knowledge to a wide range of junior golfers. Ian has had a promising golf career including two top ten finishes in the Bury District Championships in consecutive seasons and holding the course record at his home golf club, Pike Fold.

Originally from Armenia, Colombia, Andres has quite an extensive playing career. He was a top-ranked player in his country. He joined the Colombian Team for the World Amateur Championships in 2002 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with PGA Tour Player Camilo Villegas as one of his teammates. He turned pro in 2003 and played competitive golf on the Colombian Tour and tournaments in South America. He worked two years as a golf instructor for the Guaymaral Country Club in Bogota. Later he joined the staff of Jim McLean Golf School at Doral in 2006. Andres has the course record 62 at the Red Course at Doral. With his expertise in teaching and undeniable passion for golf, Andres certainly brings much success to the JPGA and its student
    
Adam moved to Hilton Head Island in March of 1998. He turned professional playing all levels of Mini Tour, Nationwide Tour and PGA Tour events. Adam has won many mini tour events both in America and Europe with a low Tournament round of 60 and a low nine hole score of 27. He teaches each student what it takes, how to play well in tournament golf, and how to reach their goals. With Adam’s vast playing experience he directs his knowledge, dedication, and focus to helping the JPGA program improve in all aspects. Adam helps each student better prepare their game and metal attitude towards playing successful college golf and beyond.

Originally from Virginia, Shawn holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Old Dominion University with a concentration in Athletic Training. Shawn’s background is in Corporate Wellness and the Commercial Fitness industry. His focus is on prevention of injuries and corrective exercise techniques. He is the Head Fitness Instructor for the Junior Players Golf Academy. Shawn works with numerous amateur and professional athletes from the recreational and junior level up to accomplished professionals.
